Course Previews and Curriculum:

We understand the importance of making an informed decision before enrolling in a course. Therefore, we offer “Course Previews” and “Course Curriculum” videos for every course on our platform. We highly encourage you to review these materials thoroughly to ensure you have a clear understanding of the course content before making a commitment or enrolling.

Refund Eligibility:

We offer a 100% refund if you request a refund within two hours of enrolling in a course. To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • Timely Refund Request: You must submit your refund request to ecourseflix@gmail.com within two hours of your registration or enrollment.
  • Course Curriculum: If the course curriculum has not been covered as described, or if you enrolled in the wrong course by mistake, you may request a refund.

Refund Request Process:

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

    • Course name
    • Date of enrollment
    • Reason for requesting a refund

Refund Processing:

If your refund request is approved:

  • Refund Timeframe: Refunds will be processed within 15 days of approval.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued through the original payment method used during enrollment.

Non-Refundable Items:

Refunds are applicable only to the course enrollment fee. If you have already downloaded any resources from the course, your refund request will not be accepted, refund policy is not applicable for books.
